Terms and conditions
 
All rates are subject to change. Confirmed reservations will always be honoured at the confirmed rates.
Unless agreed upon in writing, prepayment for accommodation bookings is assumed.
 
Reservation deposits is 25% of the total for packages or accommodation.

Reservation deposit is 50% of the total for bookings of 3 days or more than 3 days of surf lessons.

Reservation deposits is 100% of the total for bookings of 1 or 2 days of surf lessons.

For administrative reasons, there will be no refund on reservation fees.

For individual bookings or bookings for groups till 9 or for 9 people the conditions are as following:
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to date of arrival you will not loose your deposit. This deposit will be valid for our surfcamp during 12 months (for the same package and number of people). If you cancel within less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is lost.

For groups of 10 or over 10 people the conditions are as following:
If you cancel more than 45 days prior to date of arrival you will not loose your deposit. This deposit will be valid for our surfcamp during 12 months (for the same package and number of people). If you cancel within less than 45 days prior to arrival, the deposit is lost.
The deposit for a trip that has already been rescheduled once will be lost if you want to postpone the trip again. 
 
The rest of the payment to be paid on arrival. The price is charged per package; the price cannot be revised or reduced if the guest has not used any of the services included in the package or for early departure. For the reason of the injury or sickness, we provide with invoice, that can be presented to an insurance company.

There is no refund in case of a surf lessons cancellation for the dangerous weather conditions (storm, lightnings, etc).
In case of cancellation of the camp (number of participants less than 5 people, low season) the full amount of deposit will be return to the client.

All the vouchers with Open Dates, that have been given on the years 2020 and 2021 for postponing the package, will be valid till the 10th of November 2024. The new dates are to be booked in advanced and all the rates are to be recalculated as appear on the webpage price list of 2024.
