All rates are subject to change. Confirmed reservations will always be honoured at the confirmed rates.
Unless agreed upon in writing, prepayment for accommodation bookings is assumed. Reservation deposits of 25% of the total.
For administrative reasons, there will be no refund on reservation fees.
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to date of arrival you will not loose your deposit. This deposit will be valid during 12 months (for the same package and number of people).
If you cancel within less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is lost.
If early departure for injury or different reasons, the client will have to pay for the services used and number of nights. The deposit paid as reservation fee, cannot be used to pay the services and accommodation used.
